Model of Japanese Yoroi armor, late 19th century. With an elegant golden kabuto equipped with large fuki-gaeshi with mon. All armor features gilded black lacquer plates with orange and green lacing. The remaining elements (kote, sode, kusazuri and suneate) are also gilded and decorated with tassels. Original wooden case with metal locks. Beautiful, large, varnished bit gusoku. 34x45x28 cm. Armor height is about 84 cm.
