 Julius von Klever (1882-1942) - Russian painter. He worked mainly in the genres of landscape and still life. The son of the famous artist, professor Y.Y. Klever . Was born in St. Petersburg. Studied with his father, later - at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich (1906 - 1908). From 1898 he took part in art exhibitions of the St. Petersburg Association of Artists, the A. Kuindzhi Association, and others. In 1910 he held a personal exhibition in Moscow. He taught at the Drawing School of the TPH in St. Petersburg (1902 - 1906; 1909 - 1917). Lived and worked in St. Petersburg-Leningrad.
