A finely crafted silver kovsh of intimate scale, produced in the workshops of the Moscow 20 Artel during the height of Russian Art Nouveau. The elegant elongated form, with a gently shaped spout and a scrolling handle, creates a balanced and harmonious silhouette. The body is decorated with polychrome painted enamel applied over delicate filigree, forming a rich floral composition of budding and blossoming motifs characteristic of the period. The colour palette combines deep greens, blues, pinks and ochre tones, enhanced by a gilded background. The interior is fully gilded, reinforcing the decorative richness and ceremonial character of the piece.
